Healthy Minds 1st Grade

In
this age-appropriate mental and emotional health course, your child will learn about how to keep their minds healthy. They will learn about healthy
physical and emotional behaviors and how to make healthy decisions, what
healthy relationships look like, the benefits of talking with a trusted adult,
how to practice friendly behaviors, how to actively listen, and how to set a
mental and emotional health goal. As they move through the course, your child will view
short online lessons, engage in offline activities, learn a fun song, and play
educational games that give them the opportunity to review what they’ve
learned.
